This hotel is well placed to explore the Downs and is conveniently located near a roundabout on the A27. The rooms are clean and spacious with great beds and a double bed. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with a great shower. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The price is reasonable and offers excellent value for money.

Convenient location near a major roundabout, and easy access to a nearby pub with great food. The lobby was clean and inviting upon arrival. The 24/7 availability of toasted sandwiches was a plus.

Our room was not up to par. The fixtures in the bathroom were dirty and there was a sticky substance on most surfaces.
